Code of Conduct for Friendship & Event Companionship at Huggles & Cuddles

At Huggles & Cuddles, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and companions. Below is our Code of Practice, designed to ensure the highest standard of care and respect during all sessions and events.

1. Respect for Boundaries
   • Both clients and companions must respect personal boundaries at all times. Any physical or emotional discomfort should be communicated immediately.
   • All sessions will only proceed with the explicit consent of both parties. Any discomfort or violation of boundaries will result in immediate termination of the

2. Mutual Respect
   • Both the client and companion must treat each other with the utmost respect, regardless of differences in background, beliefs, or views.
   • Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate cessation of the service.

3. Confidentiality
   • All personal information shared during the sessions will remain confidential. We will not disclose any sensitive or private details without your prior consent.

4. No Romantic or Sexual Engagement
   • Our services are strictly platonic. Any attempt to initiate romantic or sexual activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the session.

5. Professional Conduct
   • Companions will maintain a professional, ethical demeanour at all times, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the client.
   • Clients are expected to maintain a professional attitude, respecting the companion’s time and boundaries.

6. Consent for Activities and Events
   • Both the client and companion must mutually agree on the activities or events they wish to participate in. If either party feels uncomfortable at any time, they should communicate this immediately.

7. Communication and Transparency
   • Open and honest communication is key. If either the client or companion feels uncomfortable, has concerns, or requires clarification, they should feel free to express their thoughts.

8. Alcohol, Drugs, and Intoxication
   • The consumption of alcohol or any substances that impair judgment is strictly prohibited during sessions or events. If either party is under the influence, the session will be ended immediately.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
   • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session or event. A small cancellation fee may apply for late cancellations.

10. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
    • We encourage clients to provide feedback about their experiences to help us improve our service. Any concerns or suggestions will be addressed promptly.

11. Termination of Service
    • Either the client or companion may terminate the session at any time if they feel uncomfortable or unsafe. If the Code of Practice is not being followed, the session will be ended immediately without refund.

12. Legal Compliance
    • All parties must adhere to UK law. Any illegal activity or behaviour that violates legal rights will not be tolerated and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
